Kwame Nkrumah Acheampong
Cecil Thomas Sunkwa - Mills
Cecil Thomas Sunkwa-Mills has over 30 years of experience in media & broadcasting, banking, agribusiness and information technology in the West Africa sub-region. He has extensive experience in retail banking, business and product strategy, service quality, customer experience, quality management, sales strategy, marketing communication and operations in these sectors. He has significant exposure in B2B, regulatory, government relations and engagements. He is currently the President of the Ghana Independent Broadcasters Association, Executive Director of NTSS Limited and CEO of T&C Farms. He serves on other boards and consults for some public organizations and private businesses.
He is passionate about the creative arts, youth development in agriculture and an advocate for policies and bridges for these groups to access new technologies and platforms. He was awarded the CEO of the Year for TV/Entertainment Award 2019 by the Ghana CEO Summit in Accra and in 2020, the Exclusive Men of the Year – EMY Awards Africa for Media Excellence.


Kenneth Gborglah
Ken currently works as Country Treasurer at Absa Bank which he joined in August 2015. Prior to joining the bank, he worked with Standard Chartered Bank in various roles and capacities across the Treasury space for more than 13 years, the last 10years of which was spent in Asset and Liability Management (ALM).
Ken is an accomplished banker whose wealth of work experience in balance sheet, liquidity, and interest rate risk management span various countries, including USA, Ghana, Cameroon, the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, Sierra Leone, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and the UK, where he consistently generated high revenues, and oversaw significant balance sheet growth and stability. Ken is also currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Absa Occupational Pension Scheme and Provident Fund, Chairman of the Banks Pricing Committee among others.
Ken is also a business leader with specialty in supporting start-ups
He holds an MSc in Investment Management from Cass Business School in London; a BSc Administration (Accounting Option) from University of Ghana, Legon and an ACI dealing certificate
Charlotte Norman
Charlotte Norman is the director of Climate Change Adaptation and Disaster Risk Reduction department in National Disaster Management Organisation of Ghana
She is a graduate of University of Cape Coast, Ghana, Thames Valley University in Slough UK, and Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.
She previously worked on Advocacy and Communication as well as an Advocate for Human Rights with Amnesty International, Ireland. She was involved in the establishment of a Web Emergency Operation Centre at the National Disaster Management Organisation in Ghana. She has been trained in the use of the Incident Command System and helped in developing various scenarios for simulation exercises Internationally and locally relating to both man-made and natural disasters. Other trainings include Disaster Management, Food and human security, Disaster Risk Reduction, Conflict resolution, Defense Management Post Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA), Project Management among others.
Currently, she is an Associate Member of IEMA and the lead technical person for contingency planning for the African Risk Capacity (ARC) and the ARC government coordinator in Ghana. A Risk Finance expert from the Frankfurt Business School (Germany).
She has served on numerous committees including the National Climate Change Committee which acts as an advisory body to the government of Ghana, and also a member of the International Day for disaster Risk Reduction committee.  An honorary member of the National Association of Local Authorities in Ghana (NALAG), member of the Africa Youth Advisory Board, A board member of 3T-Accelerate Planetary Regeneration and on several DRR boards. She is a highly motivated official with strong interest in disaster risk reduction measures that reduces the vulnerabilities and improve the resilience of communities


Joe Acheampong
A project Management Consultant with 30 years working experience, 25 years in project planning, implementation and management, financial engineering, monitoring and evaluation and 5 years in information technology.
As a hardworking, punctual, trustworthy, energetic board member, Mr Acheampong’s strong dedication to Senkwa’s directives, has yielded fantastic results under pressure.
He is a strong advocate for projects involving children and development, youth empowerment and job creation. In this respect he has been a key influence in Senkwa collaborating with various departments in the University of Legon.
A strong advocate for climate change (green economy) initiatives, he has a lot of experience in dealing with Donors and other External Funding Agencies,
He has worked with a number of Donors and other external financing agencies such as:
- AfDB,
- OFID,
- BADEA,
- USAID,
- GIZ and many others.
A graduate in 1998-2000 from University of Dalian School of information Engineering, China, he holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems. He also holds a degree from 1987-1990, University of Ghana Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with Statistics.
Femi Komla Asamoah
Femi is a seasoned IT entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in programming, databases, data auditing, and network management. In 2010, Femi worked with Rhythex Consulting Limited to implement Computer Assisted Audit Tools across various institutions, enhancing their data audit capabilities.
In 2013, he was part of the team at Techom Visions Limited that implemented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, streamlining operational processes for established institutions.
Currently, Femi is the founder and CEO of Co Systems, an IT business that supports over 100 clients across Ghana, providing comprehensive software solutions and general IT services.
Femi holds an MSc in Information Technology and a BSc in Physics (with Computers), both from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology. In addition to various IT and Data Audit training certifications, Femi is also a Microsoft Certified Professional


Edith Adraki
Hello, I am Edith Adraki, graduated metallurgist from the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT) Tarkwa with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2013.
I am a hardworking, purpose driven and loyal person, I take delight in tasks I have been assigned. As a young lad, I have always taken joy in getting involved in handy work by artisans and as such, I picked up some key lessons in doing skilled labor.
My attributes include being jovial, hardworking, selfless, free spirited, and kind. I always have a humble attitude in all manner of situations. I put out my best when faced with challenging and daring situations and believe there is nothing too big that I cannot overcome.
I worked with Advance constriction as an Aluminum technician where I focused on aluminum fittings and fixture. After a period of 3 months, I moved into a construction role where I assisted in general building with the focus on Quality control analysis and assessments for the project. I was offered a training officer role after 3 months in this job role.
I joined Senkwa Limited in October 2018 as an office assistant where I did paperwork, accounts and handled most of the client calls as well as assisting in managing the CEO’s duties. Warehouse management and stock inventories were one of the key things I was working on. As a team member at Senkwa Ltd, I have worked on the damp solution for Salmarise hotel where I was the Assistant project lead and as part of my duties, I oversee the day to day activities of masons and laborers by providing them job sheets that they will use to guide their day. Taking pictures of the activities as they progressed. Supply and demand chain management and keeping records of all activities. I have also been a part of the strategies that led to construction and building of Grill Inferno restaurant.
I am a great team player and I like to learn new things. I enjoy reading watching movies and sports.
