Full job description

An exciting opportunity has become available in our sales team as a Commercial Sales Rep.
You will be responsible for selling Winter Wonderland tickets within a set geographical
territory. You will manage a minimum of 50 or more accounts within an area. You will
respond to incoming enquiries and self-generate new business (new solutions or upgrades
to services) from these accounts. You will also generate and manage a select number of
defined lead sources and support new customer acquisition.
The role
We are looking for a self-motivated Sales Representatives who are passionate about
delivering outstanding sales volumes to join our team. If you are self-motived, have great
communication skills and a desire to achieve, then this may be the role for you.
Following a period of training, you will join our friendly team in territorial sales. You will
generate new leads, follow-up and conclude sales via signed ticket contracts from schools,
colleges, businesses and individuals where there are opportunities.

Responsibilities:

 Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business
activity.
 Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
 Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
 Thrive to work in a fast-paced, target-focused high energy and high-reward culture.
 Making outbound calls to warm sales leads and engage in effective sales
conversations
 Present and explain services to potential clients, emphasizing key features and
benefits
 Build and maintain relationships with clients, maintaining contact until contract are
signed

Key Criteria:

 Pro-active and self-motivated attitude towards sales targets: Staff are expected to
take responsibility for their individual targets.
 Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature
 A professional and intelligent approach to work
 Good business acumen, articulate, able to manage themselves.

Qualifications:

 Excellent verbal and written English Language skills
 Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
 Previous experience in sales or a related field is desirable
 Ability to multi-task
 SHS or above qualifications
 Demonstrated proficiency in data entry tasks
SALARY – Ghc5000 plus per month
