Full job description

An exciting opportunity has become available in our sales team as a Commercial Sales Rep.
You will be responsible for selling Winter Wonderland tickets within a set geographical
territory. You will manage a minimum of 50 or more accounts within an area. You will
respond to incoming enquiries and self-generate new business (new solutions or upgrades
to services) from these accounts. You will also generate and manage a select number of
defined lead sources and support new customer acquisition.
The role
We are looking for a self-motivated Sales Representatives who are passionate about
delivering outstanding sales volumes to join our team. If you are self-motived, have great
communication skills and a desire to achieve, then this may be the role for you.
Following a period of training, you will join our friendly team in territorial sales. You will
generate new leads, follow-up and conclude sales via signed ticket contracts from schools,
colleges, businesses and individuals where there are opportunities.

Responsibilities:

ï‚· Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business
activity.
ï‚· Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
ï‚· Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
ï‚· Thrive to work in a fast-paced, target-focused high energy and high-reward culture.
ï‚· Making outbound calls to warm sales leads and engage in effective sales
conversations
ï‚· Present and explain services to potential clients, emphasizing key features and
benefits
ï‚· Build and maintain relationships with clients, maintaining contact until contract are
signed

ï‚· Pro-active and self-motivated attitude towards sales targets: Staff are expected to
take responsibility for their individual targets.
ï‚· Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature
ï‚· A professional and intelligent approach to work
ï‚· Good business acumen, articulate, able to manage themselves.

Qualifications:

ï‚· Excellent verbal and written English Language skills
ï‚· Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
ï‚· Previous experience in sales or a related field is desirable
ï‚· Ability to multi-task
ï‚· SHS or above qualifications
ï‚· Demonstrated proficiency in data entry tasks
SALARY – Ghc5000 plus per month
