Personal Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and support to the CEO. This position is extremely diverse, fast paced and is ideal for someone who is self-motivated and looking to further their career in a corporate environment.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be an expert in the use of excel
  • Be conversant with the development of business plans
    and proposals
  • Understand the use and development of cash flow forecasts
  • Have impeccable written and spoken English
  • Be single and between 20 to 40 years and demonstrate solid experience as an entrepreneur and business minded person
  • Have solid minimum 5 yrs business experience or working within a business environment as an entrepreneur or for a company (applicants with failed businesses are welcome)
  • Have a business, marketing, sales or other related Diploma / Degree or relevant minimum 10years work experience
  • Fresh graduates need not apply unless in possession of a first class degree from reputable academic institution. In addition 3 letters of solid recommendation from 3 lecturers and 1from your national service placement establishment
  • Have a pass mark of not less than 70% on our company platform online aptitude and business test
  • Be a competent speaker and command presence
  • Be exceptionally groomed and be as fit as a fiddle
  • Be willing to work astronomical hours, travel for short and extended periods
  • Be able to show evidence of target driven results during previous employment and applicants already in jobs stand a better chance of being selected for the position
  • Must have a clear understanding of start-up business challenges
  • Must have complete understanding and handling of digital marketing media and will be able to show practical result driven use of a variety of E-MARKETING platforms

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Providing administrative assistance and personal support to the CEO.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists and information on all clients
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms, invoices and proforma invoices
Receive, sort and distribute the mail
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, generate reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Provide general support to visitors
Provide information by answering questions and requests
Research and creates presentations
Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, data entry etc.
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Take accurate minutes of meetings
Coordinate office procedures
Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquirers
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
Resolve administrative problems
Manage staff appointments
Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
